i was surprised at how excellent the quality is. because i have been to thailand and quality does vary a lot out there. its well made, solid so no sagging, and very comfortable. i highly recommend. seller communication was very good too, and delivery was fast easy and well packaged. 10/10.

This cushion was bought as a gift
This cushion was bought as a gift and the receiver seemed very pleased and happy with it. The quality of the product seems very good. I would recommend. Only downside is the slightly delivery times (longer than advertised) as the company is based in Germany and therefore needed to go through customs before entering the UK. I understand that's not down to the company though, but would recommend others to order products well in advance.

Versatile and excellent quality.
Excellent quality. The material is hard-wearing, the stitching very strong and feels sturdy when I lean against the triangle to read.
QUESTIONS?
To enjoy your new cushion for as long as possible, we recommend regularly airing it out and gently patting the fabric. Kapok also loves warmth! A little sun or heat from a heating unit will help regenerate your cushion on its own so it can be as fluffy as on the first day.
If your cushion gets a little dirty while sunbathing outdoors or camping, that’s no problem. Simply wipe the cushion with a damp cloth and mild soap or shampoo for a gentle clean.
All Thai cushions are stuffed with local kapok directly on site in Thailand by our manufacturing families. The local stuffing technique has been tested for centuries and ensures that products maintain consistently high-quality standards.
Mattresses made of kapok are not a high-tech product but a piece of real nature. Even if the mattress seems a little hard initially, it is suitable for everyday use. Many customers report improved sleep and reduced back pain after a brief period of getting used to it.
