To enjoy your new cushion for as long as possible, we recommend regularly airing it out and gently patting the fabric. Kapok also loves warmth! A little sun or heat from a heating unit will help regenerate your cushion on its own so it can be as fluffy as on the first day.
If your cushion gets a little dirty while sunbathing outdoors or camping, that’s no problem. Simply wipe the cushion with a damp cloth and mild soap or shampoo for a gentle clean.
All Thai cushions are stuffed with local kapok directly on site in Thailand by our manufacturing families. The local stuffing technique has been tested for centuries and ensures that products maintain consistently high-quality standards.
Mattresses made of kapok are not a high-tech product but a piece of real nature. Even if the mattress seems a little hard initially, it is suitable for everyday use. Many customers report improved sleep and reduced back pain after a brief period of getting used to it.
